Nintendo Rewind November

The Nintendo Rewind recaps November’s big events

These are actually pretty helpful

If you’re up for it, the Nintendo Rewind November recap gives us a big look at what happened last month, including DLC and game releases.

As both a marketing exercise and an educational tool, these things are pretty useful. It’s like a retroactive Nintendo Direct, if you haven’t been following along with all of the latest Switch and mobile news. DLC and seasonal advancements are included, not just game releases. It even recaps mobile happenings, which are admittedly pretty slim in recent years (and this past month it’s basically only Animal Crossing Pocket Camp and Pokemon Unite updates).

A lot happened in this episode of Nintendo Rewind November. They recapped first- and third-party game launches, everything I mentioned above, and end the clip with a reminder that the Game & Watch Zelda device is out.

The next video is going to be decidedly more low-key, as December is really quiet for Nintendo. It’s pretty quiet for the rest of the industry actually, beyond the recent launch of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker and Halo Infinite.

For some people that’s a good thing! January is going to start the 2022 ramp up, with February 2022 being an absolute hell month on wallets, with King of Fighters XV, Horizon Forbidden Quest, Destiny 2 Witch Queen, and Elden Ring arriving, among others.
