Save the date: Here’s when you can play the Fallout 76 beta

The remaining PC, PS4, and Xbox One beta times

Enjoying the Fallout 76 beta? Wishing you had more time to take in the scenery and explore without feeling rushed by server restrictions? Me too. I went into it not expecting much, but my online outings have gone well enough so far. It was jarring to hear a real human cough into their mic while I was entranced in the character creator screen, but otherwise, folks have been shockingly courteous.

To help you make the most of the test while it’s still active, here are the remaining beta times:

  • November 1, 2018: Play from 2:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern.
  • November 3, 2018: Play from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern.
  • November 4, 2018: Play from 2:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern.

(Due to an issue with the PC launcher earlier this week, the Nov. 1 beta session was extended.)

As a quick aside, if you’re like me and couldn’t figure out what to do with your C.A.M.P. once you set up shop and had second thoughts about its location, no biggie. You can pick up your base-building tool using the all-important Pip-Boy. On that note, Fallout 76 sure is overwhelming at first.

Oh, and if you decide to venture out to an island and then discover its name is literally Deathclaw Island, maybe reconsider until you’re appropriately leveled and armed and have buddies to help.

Sherry never stood a chance.
