Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball is coming soon on 3DS

Haggle with a dog with real life money

Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball, one of the most absurd games I’ve seen from Nintendo in years, is coming to the 3DS on April 3rd. This is Nintendo’s second free-to-play endeavor on the 3DS after Steel Diver: Sub Wars, and features a number of “trial” baseball minigames in addition to the ability to purchase the games outright.

Here’s where it gets weird — you can actually haggle with “Rusty,” the main character of the game to pay him less real life cash for DLC.  It’s wonderfully weird and I can’t wait to try it out — thank goodness for the 3DS, which allows strange games for this to exist.
