It feels like it’s been forescore since I’ve played Mario Golf. Maybe the 3DS’ upcoming World Tour is a good place to rectify that. Or maybe I’ll finally take a swing at Hot Shots. Then again, The Golf Club has the best name, even if it looks to need some nine ironing out to get up to par. But Mario Golf is underwater.
What’s with Nintendo bringing its land-based franchises underwater? Mario Kart 7, now this? C’mon, Nintendo. Show some creativity. How about Mario Golf Award Tour feat. A Tribe Called Quest? How about a deadly crossover, Mario Kart Golf?
