Weekly quests are some of the most difficult missions you’ll encounter in Fortnite, as they oftentimes ask you to interact with elements you’re likely not familiar with. One of the trickier ones featured in this season tasks you with taking your car through the car wash to make a good impression.
Car washes aren’t spots you’re likely to seek out often, and the island is quite large, so tracking them down for this mission can be tough. If you’re struggling to get through this one, here’s how to take your car through the car wash to make a good impression with The Seven in Fortnite.

All car wash locations in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 3
There are two car washes you can find and visit around the Fortnite island:
- One can be found just off the main road, slightly south of Golden Grove. To find this one, head over to the eastern end of the island. Make your way up the road that leads from Shaken Sanctuary into Golden Grove. Along this path, you’ll spot a colorful car wash on the right side.
- One can be found near the end of the rocky coast area, slightly north of Calamari Canyon. To locate it, head to the northwest end of the island. Head upwards to the area right between Calamari Canyon and Chopped Shop, close to the west edge of the island. Look for a small cliff to spot the brightly colored car wash sitting in the middle of this region.
Both car washes are found fairly close to the edge of the island, so they can be easy to miss if you don’t know where to look. They’re also Landmark locations, which means they’re not large POIs marked by name on the map.
Take your car through the car wash to make a good impression with The Seven in Fortnite
To complete the take your car through the car wash to make a good impression with The Seven quest, you need to hop in a car, locate a car wash, and drive straight through it. You must go through the actual car wash to check off this quest. Simply visiting one of these Landmark locations isn’t enough for this mission, so make sure you fully go through the tunnel and get a proper cleaning for your vehicle to get it done.
If luck is on your side, there may be a car you can hop in waiting in the parking lot at the car wash so you can get this quest done right away. This isn’t guaranteed, though, so you may have to explore a bit of the surrounding area to locate a vehicle you can use.
No cars have fixed spawn spots that are guaranteed in every round, so you simply have to scout around and hope you find one. Generally, it’s a good idea to stick close to the road when searching for a car, as they tend to spawn nearby.
With this tricky task now complete, you’re ready to move on to other missions waiting to be tackled around the island.
