Modern Warfare 4 DMZ has some really cool missions to complete, and one of them involves powering a Lab Door with Robot Cores. You’ll come across this task during Operation Shopping Hacks, and you’ll need Cores that are in perfect conditions (damaged ones won’t work).
In this guide, I will briefly discuss how you can get more Robot Cores that works with the mission.
How to obtain Robot Cores in Modern Warfare 4
To find functional Robot Cores, the best spot is the NuriGO Mall located in the northeastern part of the map. I have marked the spot on the image above to make it easier for you. Go inside the fall, and you’ll find a station surrounded by K9 units. This is the best spot to find these mechanical dogs.
Once you find a robot dog, kill it, and you’ll find the K9 Battery Core as a drop. However, you’ll need to be fast since the Robot Dog will explode once you kill it. If the explosion takes place, it will damage the Battery Core, making it unusable for the quest.
When it comes to killing the K9, that’s a rather easy task. I simply focused on the glowing spots in the back while keeping my distance. That’s the easiest way to kill the K9.
Once you have the four Battery Cores, follow the objective marker to reach the Lab Door. Then, you can use the Cores to power up the Lab Door and complete the objective. Aside from the mission, I haven’t found any practical use for these Battery Cores. They only pay 200 DMZ Cash, which is really low.
