From Arc System Works

After we found out that Bandai Namco had rated Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden for Australia, it was only a matter of time until it a localization was announced. Dragon Ball games typically do very well and are a no-brainer, but this upcoming 2D fighter on 3DS from Arc System Works may have been a special case.

Either way, it will make its way to Europe, Australia, North America, and the Middle-East in October. It’s slated for an October 20 release date in the US. I’m in!
