During this evening’s Street Fighter 6 Showcase stream, Capcom revealed the first wave of DLC characters that are currently throwing shapes in the gym, preparing to grace the ring with their presence in the months following the title’s initial release.

As we may or may not have already known, the first season of DLC characters will consist of Street Fighter V debutante and Master of the Turbulent Wind, Rashid, the rogue Shadaloo runaway, Ed, and the community edgelord’s favorite himself, the fearsome Akuma. This trio will be joined by a brand new fighter, AKI, whom right now we know very little about, but appears to be cut from the same cloth as SFV‘s sinister poison expert FANG.

Street Fighter 6 launches June 2 on PlayStation, PC, and Xbox platform.
