The beautiful people at Yacht Club Games have unveiled the latest and perhaps greatest character to grace their upcoming platformer, Shovel Knight. Some introductions are in order. Dtoid Community, meet our valiant hero’s nemesis, the Black Knight. Black Knight, this is the Dtoid Community, they’ve been known to set sleeping people on fire.

The Black Knight is “the Yin to Shovel Knight’s Yang.” A relentless doppelganger, he will crop up at various points throughout our protagonist’s journey. Always eager to pick a fight, the Black Knight will rise from defeat time and again for another opportunity to prove his mettle.
