Ranking the best units in Anime Story 2 is a bit more complex since there are so many modes so there’s a lot of viable teams. I’ll show you the best DPS, Support and Tank units so that you can build a bunch of strong teams. Here’s my Anime Story 2 unit tier list and guide.

Anime Story 2 Unit Tier List
Here are the best units in Anime Story 2 according to four roles which is main DPS, Leader, Support and Tank. Below you’ll find a list of all unit abilities and individual ranking reasons as well as best traits and relics. You can consider S-Tier/Tanks/Support Overall/Slime to be Meta and all the other Tiers are great alternatives that grow weaker as tiers drop A>B>C. Also, check out the best teams below the tier list as well as farming methods for everything.
Best Relics: Run Baseball Bat for DPS/Support and Demon Ring/Coal for Tanks.
Best Trait: Monarch for all with Deadeye/Ethereal as an alternative for DPS and Solar for Tanks.
Best Beginner Units: Acu (DPS), Ruki (Tank)

C-Tier DPS Units
Not much to say here since the C-Tier units are just beginner Mythic DPS options as you’re starting out. That said you should replace them for harder end-game modes. They go great with Acu as your main DPS, Ruki as your Tank and then run any of these or higher for your first few Mythics.
