Pokemon X and Y soundtrack to ship on four discs

Gotta listen to them all

Nintendo is on a roll. After the five-disc Fire Emblem: Awakening soundtrack earlier this year, they’re now putting out a four-disc Pokemon X and Y soundtrack titled Nintendo 3DS Pokémon X・Y Super Music Collection. It will be available in November in a physical format in Japan shipping on four discs and containing 212 tracks (three and a half hours of music), and in digital formats around the globe.

The most surprising thing for me, however, is that the physical version pre-order is listed on CD Japan for 2,500 Yen ($25). For four discs of music, and from Japan, where CD prices are exorbitantly high, this comes as a shock. Those who don’t want to deal with the import can pick it up on the iTunes international store in November as well, although the price hasn’t been announced yet. Keep an eye on the official website for more information.

So how about it? Ready to listen to them all in your free time?
