Status EffectHow it Works
BleedOnce you inflict Bleed, the enemy will keep taking damage over time. The amount of damage it takes depends on your build, and the same goes for how long the bleed status lasts.
BurnSimilar to Bleed, Burn forces the enemies to take damage over time. The damage is based on the number of Fire stacks you have inflicted, and the effect can be deactivated by using dodge rolls.
FrostIf the enemy takes Frost stacks, they will slow down and also take bonus damage.
FrozenFrozen works in tandem with Frost. Once an enemy gets hit with Frost stacks, they will become frozen. Being frozen stops their movement and ability to perform any physical actions.
MarkedOnce the target is Marked, it will take higher critical damage from hits. To enhance the effect, you should target this modifier with crit-focused builds.
PoisonPoisoned enemies will take increased damage over time and the extent of the damage depends on the number of inflicted stacks.
RageRage stacks can raise the amount of damage the target does. This is more of a positive status effect since it will increase the damage capacity of an individual.
SunderanceEnemies hit with this status effect will take increased damage from all kinds of attacks. They will also have lower resistance to other status effects.

Aside from weapons, Arts and Boons will also dictate the Status Effects in play. While some effects activate immediately, others might require a minimum number of active stacks.
