Atlus has really not been shy about the marketing of upcoming 3DS sequel Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth. You’ve seen the wealth of character trailers that have flooded Destructoid in recent mornings. But this is the one you, nay the world, has been waiting for.

The latest character trailer for Persona Q2 focuses on Persona 5’s studious Makoto Niijima. The student council president of Shujin Academy, Makoto’s academic responsibilities are beyond reproach. Although seen by many as the “mom” of The Phantom Thieves, Makoto unleashes her repressed emotion in battle where, astride her awesome bike Johanna, she devastates the opposition with hard-hitting nuclear attacks.

Makoto receiving her own trailer is rad enough, but Atlus then proceeds to crank the knob to 11 and rip it off by having our Queen team up to fight with Persona 3’s Mitsuru Kirijo, creating the single greatest tag team since The Hollywood Blondes. That’s not an opinion, I’m declaring it a legally-binding fact. Please adjust your monitors so that they don’t explode from all the concentrated excellence.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, launches in Japan, November 29, on Nintendo 3DS.
