GameStop drops 3DS to $150 as the PS Vita looms close

The PlayStation Vita is going to hit North American stores officially on February 22, but the 3DS won’t let it come out without a challenge. For those making a purchase at GameStop, the glasses-free 3D handheld has been marked down from $169.99 to $149.99 for six days.

So far, GameStop is the only retailer to make the discount, and it’s only going to last a short while — in fact, it’s been slyly scheduled to end just two days before the Vita goes on sale.

Whether you care about console wars or not, anybody holding out for a cheap 3DS might want to take advantage for this deal while it lasts. Just think, with the $20 you saved, you can easily afford Urban Champion 3D!
