Forbidden Magna is likely getting a localization by XSEED

With a name change

XSEED Games has likely revealed their newest localization project by way of a new trademark registration — Forbidden Magna for the Nintendo 3DS. It will be coming to the US as “Lord of Magna” if the site is to be believed.

The game is a strategy RPG that operates similarly to Valkyria Chronicles, as you can move around within reason to setup your attacks before triggering them. XSEED hasn’t made a full announcement yet so this could be an expansion or port, but we’ll see soon enough.
