How to unlock all movement abilities in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse

We begin the list with the Arcane Whip, which is arguably one of the most important tools to find.

Arcane Whip

As essential as this tool is, obtaining the Arcane Whip is fairly easy. You can obtain this item after defeating The Fallen. The Fallen is the very first boss in the game, and it’s impossible to miss him.

With Holy Light, you can shine a light that will dispel rocky platforms and even perform counterattacks. You can obtain the item by defeating The Warrior. You’ll find the boss on top of the Prison Tower in Paris Streets.

Smash

With Smash, you can break yellow blocks with your jumps. You can obtain it by defeating The Builder, who is the resident boss in the Clock Tower. You can find him in the Throne of the Builder area.

Aerial Rush

With Aerial Rush, you can perform a mid-air dash, and I adore this ability. It’s not just a great way to move across platforms, but you can also use it to escape enemies. You can find the item by defeating The Occulist, who resides at the top of the Library in the Observatory.

Double Jump

Double Jump is the last of the five movement abilities. To unlock it, you’ll have to visit Notre Dame’s Choir room and defeat Death.
