You can buy the Chibi-Robo amiibo separately in Japan

No bundle needed

In western regions, you’ll have to pony up for the Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash bundle to gain access to the Chibi-Robo amiibo, but it looks like a recent listing proves that isn’t the case in Japan. It’s a fairly typical practice there, getting standalone figures, as they’ve even had a solo Squid amiibo without the need for the Splatoon 3-pack. It’s a pretty sweet proposition if you aren’t keen on picking up the game.

We’ve reached out to Nintendo to see if there’s any chance of this coming west. For now, the website claims that Chibi-Robo amiibo is coming in “holiday 2015.”
