Yo-Kai Sangokushi, that Three Kingdoms mashup, looks rad

Yo-Kai Watch is going to have another spinoff on its hands in Japan this April in the form of Sangokushi, an SRPG that apes the Three Kingdoms era. In this surprisingly detailed new trailer we’re getting a look at some gameplay, cutscenes, and the narrative conceit.

The story is pretty wacky, and involves Jibanyan and Komosan opening up a sacred tome and getting sucked back in time.
