Thankfully this is pretty easy to remedy. You can fix the Wuthering Waves Launcher being too big by changing the DPI Scaling of the launcher so that it fits on your screen. Here is how to fix the big Wuthering Waves launcher:

  1. Close out of the launcher completely.
  2. Right-click on the Wuthering Waves Launcher icon on your desktop.
  3. Click on Properties.
  4. Click the Compatibility tab.
  5. Select ‘Change High DPI Settings’.
  6. Check the box labeled High DPI Scaling override.
  7. Switch to System and the launcher should automatically adjust to your screen size.
  8. Click OK and your launcher size should no longer be too big!

For those playing on a different platform than the native PC Global Launcher, you can try switching the orientation on your device from landscape to portrait. This will allow you to see the Download button, and then you can switch back to landscape.

If you are playing on the Epic Games Store or Google Play Beta and have this issue, you can always consider switching to the native PC Global Launcher and trying the above fix which will work.
