WoW: The War Within Oracle Priest Hero Talents

In World of Warcraft: The War Within, one of the new Hero Talents for the Priest class is the Oracle. It is one of the three Hero Talents available for Priest alongside the Voidweaver and Archon. Oracle is available to both Discipline and Holy Priests. Here are all of the Hero Talents for Oracle Priest in WoW: The War Within.

Oracles gain insight into the future and use it to protect and empower their allies. Future sight grants Oracles the ability to grant multiple different and unique beneficial effects to their allies.. Experienced with Holy powers and healing, these are all of  the Hero Talent choices for Oracle Priest:

• Premonition (Instant, 1 min cooldown) – Gain access to a spell that gives you an advantage against your fate. Using your abilities rotates through the available spells. Premonition of Piety increases your healing done by 5% and causes 50% of overhealing on players to be redistributed to up to 3 nearby allies for 10 sec. Premonition of Insight reduces the cooldown of your next 3 spell casts by 5 sec. Premonition of Solace – your next single target healing spell increases your target’s healing received by 25% for 10 sec.
• Preventing Measures (Passive) – Increases the damage absorbed by Power Word: Shield by 10% and the healing done by Prayer of Mending by 10%.
• Preemptive Care (Passive) – Increases the duration of Atonement by 1 sec and the duration of Renew by 3 sec.
• 2 Possible Choices
  • Waste No Time (Passive) – Premonition causes your next Power Word: Radiance, Heal, or Prayer of Healing cast to be instant and cost 15% less mana.
  • Miraculous Recovery (Passive) – Reduces the cooldown of Power Word: Life by 3 sec and allows it to be usable on targets below 50% health.
• Assured Safety (Passive) – Power Word: Shield casts apply 1 stack of Prayer of Mending to your target. Prayer of Mending casts apply a Power World: Shield to your target at 20% effectiveness.
• 2 Possible Choices
  • Prompt Deliverance (Passive) – Reduces the cooldown of Purify by 2 sec.
  • Divine Feathers (Passive) – When an ally walks through your ANgelic Feather, you are also granted 100% of its effect.
• Foreseen Circumstances (Passive) – Pain Suppression reduces damage taken by an additional 10%. Guardian Spirit lasts an additional 2 sec.

  • Perfect Vision (Passive) – Reduces the cooldown of Premonition by 6 sec.
  • Clairvoyance (Passive) – Under construction.
• 2 Possible Choices
  • Narrowed Vision (Passive) – Premonition gains an additional charge and now only rotates to the next spell when you cast Premonition.
  • Fatebender (Passive) – Premonition’s effect is increased by 30% if the divined spell is different than the previous Premonition.
• Grand Reveal (Passive) – When your Power Word: Shield is fully absorbed or your Prayer of Mending heals, gain a stack of Grand Reveal. At 150 stacks, gain an additional charge of Premonition.
