Witcher 3 uses Nvidia’s HairWorks for 200,000 strands of wolf hair

Same as the Call of Duty Ghost Dog

That Witcher 3 wolf is so majestic thanks to Nvidia’s hair tech, which allows for artist control over waviness, clumping and density. This is a great day for furries everywhere (the hair tech is even used on the horse tail). It’s like a more flowing, less goofy version of my dog when he runs.

Man, those 200,000 strands of hair. Yeah, they look nice now, but when literally all your clothes and furniture are covered with three layers of shedding. Good thing I don’t wear black.
