Where to find the Abandoned Hebra Mine in Tears of the Kingdom

This might be the toughest thing to find in the game

Later in the story for Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll be asked to find the Abandoned Hebra Mine in the depths to complete a sidequest. But like the prior mine you’re tasked with tracking down, this one is super hidden! Here’s where to find it in one of the most unlikely of places.

Where to find the Abandoned Lanaryu Mine for the main story quest

Although one NPC provides a vague hint of where to go for the Lanaryu Mine, I tried (in vain) to pinpoint it from the depths proper for around 30 minutes. Time well spent!

Instead, you’re going to want to head to Rito Village (potentially using the Gatakis Shrine). Jump off the southeastern edge and paraglide over to the edge of the rocks that form th e village: notice a little hole there?! Glide into it and you’ll enter the Rito Village Chasm and drop right into the Abandoned Lanaryu Mine. Congrats! Make sure you grab the nearby Sikatag Lightroot for a free checkpoint.

If you need to see better in the darkness and don’t have any extra Brightbloom Seeds, use your lightning/Gerudo Champion/Sage ability: it acts as a sonar to get your bearings.
