What old-school Pokemon do you want to see get Alola forms in Pokemon Sun & Moon?

When fanart becomes canon

The new looks announced today for classic Pokémon are objectively the best thing we’ve found out about Pokémon Sun and Moon to date. In case you missed it, certain first-generation Pokémon are returning to the upcoming 3DS game, but with their appearances and types altered to adapt to the different island environments in the Alola region.

So far new looks for Vulpix, Ninetales, Exeggutor, Sandshrew, and Sandslash have been confirmed, but I know I’m not alone in hoping more classic Pokémon get island makeovers.

We (but mostly Patrick) pooled our considerable artistic ability to brainstorm a few different looks we’d like to see for Pokémon like Ditto, Cubone, Doduo, and Farfetch’d. What other familiar faces do you want to see in Pokémon Sun and Moon? Drop your ideas or artwork into the comments below.
