Universal Piece Sword and Weapon Tier List

Let’s find the best sword in Universal Piece by ranking all weapons based on damage, how good the moves are, range, and cooldowns. I’ll be doing damage calculations with 10,000 stats in Weapons with Armament Force turned off and no accessories. Here’s my Universal Piece Sword and Weapon tier list and how to get them all.

All Swords and Weapons in Universal Piece Ranked

While the best sword in Universal Piece might be what you think with the Monarch Daggers, some mid-to-late game swords aren’t as good as you might guess. Below I’ll analyze each Sword in the game with a 10,000 Weapons stat and no Haki or accessories. Monarch Daggers probably belong in a special SSS-Tier since they’re way better than Flash Katana and Dual Sword but I’ll leave it in S for now. A-Tier is special which I’ll talk about below and B-Tier is great beginner options. I would ignore C and D-Tier or replace them ASAP.

S-Tier Swords/Weapons

Weapon	Ranking Reason & Notes	How to Get
Monarch Daggers	• Monarch Dagger is the best sword in Universal Piece and it drastically outdamages Flash Katana and Dual Sword • Great mix of high DPS, burst damage, range, mobility, and cooldowns • Great for PVE farming but also PVP due to a massive area • Z has an Air Variant • X move deals the most damage in the game in terms of any weapon	0.85% drop rate from System Breaker Boss at Solo Island and 3% drop rate from Red Knight Boss
Flash Katana	• Kind of similar to Dual Sword in terms of DPS so they both share the second best weapon spot • Flash Katana has higher damage and higher cooldowns where Dual Sword has lower cooldowns so they balance out • X move on Flash Katana deals amazing damage • Might not be worth the grind so I would go for Dual Sword or Monarch Dagger	Talk to the Flash Master NPC on Solo Island once you have 10,000,000 Bounty
Dual Sword	• See Flash Katana • Low cooldowns and decent damage overall make it excellent for sustained PVE damage • Great range	4% drop rate from Dual Sword Master Boss at Solo Island

A-Tier Swords/Weapons

Inverted Spear of Heaven	• The Inverted Spear of Heaven has amazing cooldowns and decent damage but lacks range • Not the best for farming but great for some bosses and PVP if you can land the hits • High skill weapon	Defeat a player with a Skull Mark in PVP. Skull Mark appear on players who get a Chicken drop either through Fishing or as a 3.5% drop from the Curse King

B-Tier Swords/Weapons

Dark Blade	• Not worth buying for Robux • Decent damage but mid-tier in general • Needs a buff if it’s going to cost Robux or it needs to cost like 50 Robux	Buy for Robux in the Shop
Smoke Pole	• Actually an amazing weapon for how early you get it • Great beginner weapon and easy to get • Out-damages a lot of Fruits • Get it for PVE grinding until you can get the higher tiers • Great AOE and range	Bought from Retired Admiral NPC for 75x Burger, 150 Gems, and 450,000¥ on Burger Island
Bisento	• Better damage than Smoke Pole but you get it later • Could use a damage and range buff • Currently not worth getting due to how Gem expensive it is	Bought from Bisento Seller NPC for 15x Joystick, 20,000 Gems, and 3,000,000¥ at Solo Island

C-Tier Swords/Weapons

Pipe	• Smoke Pole is better in every way and they’re on the same island so just get the Smoke Pole • Great cooldowns but really low damage	Bought from Pipe Seller NPC for 30x Burger, 150 Gems, and 450,000¥ at Burger Island
Soulcane	• The damage is trash but this has the ability to Freeze which is pretty good for PVP • Good cooldowns	Bought from Good Zombie NPC for 10x Bone, 1x Skeleton Head, and 400 Gems at Zombie Island

D-Tier Swords/Weapons

Dual Katana	• Horrible moves that deal bad damage • Trash for PVP and PVE • Needs a buff	Bought from Bone Collector NPC for 15x Bone, 200 Gems, and 750,000¥ at Zombie Island
Katana	• Get this starting weapon and max Weapons stat for easy PVE grinding early • The X move is good for early PVE grinding until you get Smoking Pole • Otherwise trash weapon	Bought from Katana Master NPC for x20 Ice Cream, and 5,000¥ at Starter Island
