There are a lot of ball options in this game and the power of each one is determined by a lot of factors. These go from how random the ability is to how it performs in 1v1 and 2v2 to how many counters each ball has. I’ll analyze all of these criteria and rank them all in this Ball VS Ball tier list and guide.

EpicVery unreliable since the spear charge hitbox is very narrowThat said the damage is quite good so I might be lowballing it in CStill, it’s very hard to hit others with it

RareYou are dependent on hitting the target and you have low DPS with the poison ticksBy the time you’re doing any real DMG the other higher tier balls have already outscaled you

RareA worse version of Range Ball that wants out-zone low-range balls but it has bad damage

LegendaryPotion Ball mixes random zones that hit unreliable with effects that might not do much or anything at all

LegendaryThe most basic Ball that can either do nothing or do a little bit more damage with level ups which aren’t worth the hits

The best balls in Ball VS Ball are determined by both how good a ball is in a 1v1 or 2v2 situation on its own but also by the amount of balls it counters and that counter it. There’s also the element of RNG where some ball abilities are more random and unreliable while some lessen the randomness as much as possible. These are the criteria I used to rank all balls in the game.
