This New 3DS cover plate is slick and super rare

I’m now lost in a rabbit hole of cool-looking cover plates for the New Nintendo 3DS.

It all started with the Mario design above. It’s thought to be one of the rarer cover plates out there, and for good reason — it’s available to customers of Japanese mobile service provider NTT DoCoMo who belong to the company’s Premium Club and happen to have 20,000 points to spare.

The cover plate is bundled with a white New 3DS system and an AC adapter. How thoughtful!
