The DTOID Show: 360 EULA, Scorpion DRM, & a Batpatch

Hey everybody! Here’s today’s Destructoid Show!

For starters, the Nintendo 3DS gets a nice little update, while the fine print on the Xbox 360’s new dashboard hides a dirty little secret. Batman: Arkham City gets a partial patch, while Serious Sam 3: BFE gives us some rather amusing DRM. A whole bunch of people have downloaded stuff from the Android marketplace, and Grand Theft Auto III is coming to mobile devices near you.
