Kyle would’ve written this post about the awesome limited-edition Persona Q 3DS XL but didn’t want to quote his own review of the game, so here we are. The GameStop-exclusive system is available as of today in the United States. It’s $199 and, heads up, Persona Q is sold separately.

As someone who bought a refurbished 3DS XL for Super Smash Bros., frankly, it’s best that you just wait for the New 3DS / New 3DS XL whenever those launch here, assuming you want the upgraded hardware. But, by most accounts (including Kyle’s), do look into getting Persona Q.

He called it “a heartwarming love letter to Persona fans, and an engrossing role-playing game, among the best the 3DS has to offer.” If you’re already on board with this Persona/Etrian Odyssey hybrid, don’t forget to download the free level 16 sub-persona Kaguya DLC.
