Natsume has announced plans to publish River City: Tokyo Rumble on western shores.
Originally released for Nintendo 3DS as Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-Kun SP: Rantō Kyōsōkyoku in 2013, the beat-’em-up is one of the more recent entries in the Kunio-Kun series, which has been released internationally under a few names, including: Renegade, River City Ransom, Super Dodgeball, and Nintendo World Cup.
Arc System Works acquired the rights to the 30-year-old franchise from Million Corp. last year.
