Ready? Microsoft locks down L.A. venue for June 10th

Something is going down

While Microsoft always hosts an E3 press conference, whatever they’re gearing up for on June 10th should be a pretty big deal. This event follows the May 21st Xbox reveal event that we’re gearing up to head out to in a couple of weeks. They’ve pulled off some crazy sh*t before, but we’re expecting them to go full-on nuts this time around. Hopefully we won’t have to wear space robes, though.

Neowin got on the horn and confirmed that the usual venue, L.A.’s Galen Center, has been booked by Microsoft for June 10th. So we are getting an E3 presser following this May 21 reveal. Usually we would have already seen invitations to the press conference, so we weren’t sure. Now we know the invites should be coming along any day now.

I don’t know about acrobats or creepy child actors, but I’m sure we’ll at least get some new game announcements. I’m ready. I suspect that Microsoft will be in it to win it this year.
