Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies arrives February 28 in Japan

We haven’t been doing a good job of keeping you cool cats abreast of the final chapter in the Layton series, Professor Layton and the Azran Legeacies. That is a shame, considering the 3DS puzzle-venture is set ready to take on Japan on February 28.

There have been a few preview videos available for a while, but we weren’t been able to plumb the depths of their mysteries until now. YouTuber ktthplaythrougs has graciously translated the two trailers plus a gameplay video of the game’s first puzzle. The original reveal is above, while the other two can be found past the break.

Even if the Layton series continues in some form after this, the good professor will no long be the star. Let’s make his last adventure a great one — once it arrives on our shores, of course!
