Play Aban Hawkins & the 1001 Spikes with friends

Co-op support joins new multiplayer modes

Well now, isn’t that something? A handful of us here at Destructoid are pumped for Aban Hawkins & the 1001 Spikes, a Nicalis-published revamp of the brutal Xbox Live Indie Games platformer. It’s a blast to watch as tensions run high, but better yet, we’ll be able to do proper four-person cooperative play in the game’s campaign mode. With Commander Video, no less!

This feature comes in addition to the already announced competitive multiplayer modes which are new for this release. I was on board already given the platforms — Wii U, 3DS, PS Vita, and PlayStation 3 — but hearing only good news followed by more good news has me dying to get my hands on the finished 10001 Spikes. Who else do you think will make a cameo?
