Nintendo is running a nice 3DS sale through My Nintendo

30% off a handful of great games

I’ll refrain from talking up Kid Icarus Uprising again. Starting…now. Total silence. No Uprising talk. No sir, nothing about how great it is, or was overlooked because of its sometimes uncomfortable control scheme. Starting…now.

Uprising is just one part of this relatively good My Nintendo 3DS sale, which will net you 30% off the aforementioned angelic shooter, Metroid: Samus Returns, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, Pocket Card Jockey, Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure, and Hey! PikminZelda: Twilight Princess HD, Pandora’s Tower, and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones are also part of a Wii U initiative, all 30% off, if you still play that system. And why wouldn’t you? It’s still the only place to play Pikmin 3.

If you’re passing on all this and are looking for something new (and not borrowed), Nintendo just put out a new “fan-favorite” trailer reel for April/May that you can peruse below. Isn’t it wild to see Mortal Kombat return to a Nintendo console after all this time? By my count that hasn’t happened since 2006’s Armageddon on Wii (thanks Zalno!).
