It’s been a while, but this Nintendo Download week is most definitely highlighted by a few major third-party eShop releases. The Wii U headliner is Fast Racing Neo, which I highly recommend to any Wipeout or F-Zero fans out there. Also on Wii U is Devil’s Third (tomorrow), Dinox, Jones on Fire, Medabots: Metabee (VC), Medabots: Rokusho (VC), and Sketch Wars.
I feel like I need to specifically note that Devil’s Third was buried at the bottom of the list, even though it’s the only retail game releasing this week and is technically first-party, published by Nintendo itself. It’s really distancing itself from this one.
The 3DS is also in good shape with SteamWorld Heist. Plus, you can also choose from Terraria, Petit Novel Series – Harvest December, Radiohammer, and Rytmik Ultimate.
If you missed last week’s edition, here it is. As for what I’m getting, Fast Racing NEO is really rad, and fills that future racing void I’ve been longing for. Heist is a complete surprise as well, and I’ll be reviewing Devil’s Third as soon as I can. For those who are interested, sales are going on for both the Wii U and 3DS.
