Nintendo Download: Animal Crossing, Yoshi on the cheap

Also, Spelunker

Not a whole lot is on offer this week. On the Wii U side of things, Spelunker is hitting the Wii U Virtual Console, as is Yoshi for a limited time (June 12th to July 11th) at a $0.30 price. Trine 2: Director’s Cut is discounted down to $9.99, as is Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth (now $29.99 permanently). Next up on the Wii U $0.30 plate is Donkey Kong as the last game in the lineup, although I really hope Nintendo keeps the train going.

Outside of the Wii U, the 3DS eShop is getting Animal Crossing: New Leaf digitally at midnight on June 9th. I have to say, New Leaf is a great digital game, as you’ll always have it with you no matter what, which is perfect for quick “town checking” sessions months down the line when you may not think to pack a cart. On the Wii U Virtual Console, Sengoku 3 comes to town for 900 Points.

If you missed last week’s installment, here it is.

As for what I’m getting, I’ve been enjoying Animal Crossing: New Leaf and who can resist Yoshi for $0.30.
