Night Dive’s Turok re-release hits PC this week

Boom boom acka lacka lacka boom

I tried to play Turok once, and only once, back when I was still in grade school. My friend and I rented the game for N64 because 1) the box art was cool and 2) he was into violent games. But shortly after getting back to my house, I got seriously ill. I’ve still only ever played the opening bit!

Night Dive Studios is bringing Turok back with a re-release on PC. The graphics have not aged well, even with enhancements, but perhaps I’ll give it a proper chance. Dinosaurs holding guns? Pretty, pretty good.

This is coming to GOG.com, Humble Store, and Steam on Thursday, December 17.
