New releases: DiRT 3, 99Bullets and more

It’s another quiet week for releases, but there are a couple of standouts. The biggest being DiRT 3 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Other than that, you’ll want to keep an eye out on 99Bullets for the DS.
