400 platinum each

The My Nintendo store just got a complete revamp recently alongside of the entire main publisher’s site, and amid the new Switch game card holder reward is a pair of new additions: Pokemon cable tie rewards.

Clocking in at 400 platinum points each, you can either grab the Pokemon Legends Arceus Pikachu and Eevee mask “cable strap” (cable tie), or the Galaxy Expedition Team and Poke Ball cable strap. Note that the former is just a general design featuring the duo, while the latter is actually heavily inspired by designs from Arceus itself, including the Galaxy Expedition logo and the old school Hisui region Pokeball. The landing page for the Pokemon cable ties can be found here, but you can locate the purchase option on the new My Nintendo store here.

As a reminder, if you want the Pokemon cable tie rewards, you can find our full Platinum Point guide here: bookmark it for when you need quick points for a reward. A handful of points is incredibly easy to get, as that’s basically just 15 minutes with Super Mario Run, or a quick sign-on to the 3DS or Wii U 3Shop. Also remember that any shipments are bundled together, so you can pay a flat rate for multiple items instead of paying it each time. Just know that items go out of stock on My Nintendo frequently, and some are never restocked.
