Monster Hunter 4 adds Link outfit, gear to Mario offering

Mario and Luigi Felyne need their own game

Monster Hunter 4 has sold incredibly well. This pleases Nintendo and thus there is a pretty Monster Hunter 4 3DS. But, hey, why stop there?

Starting December 2 and shimmying on into January of the new year, Monster Hunter 4 fans (in Japan) will be able to get The Legend of Zeldas Link’s trappings and accoutrements. Along with Link’s tunic comes the Hylian Shield and Master Sword. Ranged fighters get the slightly less iconic bow and arrow. These costumes can be obtained at 7-Eleven.

Of course, this is arguably less cute than the Felyne dressed up as Mario and Luigi (available until November 11). Holy smokes. So cute! Still, I’m sure Zelda fans are digging the threads and killing tools.

I’m sure a lot of you would be, too, if the game was released in your homelands.
