The roster for Super Smash. Bros. keeps growing and growing as we found out at the end of Nintendo’s E3 Digital Event. Reggie snuck in a little teaser that showed a cartoon of Palutena arriving to help out Pit as he battles Link. Turns out she’s not there to save his bacon but to compete.
We got a good showing of her range of powers and abilities and it seems like this version of Palutena is based on the Kid Icarus: Uprising iteration. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nintendo had at least one more surprise character announcement lined up either.
