In an appearance on the Major Nelson podcast, IEB chief of staff Aaron Greenberg hinted at what’s in store for the Xbox reveal event happening on May 21 at 10:00am Pacific.

“We’re really going to tell one story across two events,” he explained. “So we’re going to start on the 21st and really that’s about revealing the next Xbox platform — our vision for the future of games, the future of entertainment. We definitely have a lot of surprises planned.” So far, we know for sure that Infinity Ward will demonstrate Call of Duty: Ghosts.

“People are going to get a great inside look at really the making of the new platform, and the team that’s brought it to life,” stated Greenberg. “To be honest, it’s truly about the team, the people here … It’s a lot of laying the foundation.” Looking ahead, he said that “E3 will be all about the games” and promised “tons of exclusives [and] world premiers.”
