Captivate 2011 round-up: Zombies, dragons, Hadoukens!

Recommended Videos

Capcom held its annual Captivate event for its press and retail partners in Miami last week. I was there, and I had plenty to report. A new Dead Rising? Check. More Street Fighter IV? Check. Dragons? Dogmas? Done and done.

The embargo just lifted, and there’s a lot to soak in; here it is, all in one place.

Full disclosure: Capcom covered both travel costs and lodging for me while I attended this event. By accepting travel, I didn’t enter into any kind of agreement (explicit or implied) that I’d provide a certain type of coverage (positive, negative, any at all) for the games shown. But it’s kind of my job to cover the games, so that’s why I went, you know?
