APB Reloaded just won’t die, is back on Xbox One with massive microtransactions

One is over $100

If it feels like you’ve seen the phrase “APB: All Points Bulletin” since 2010, that’s because you have. Originally developed by Realtime Worlds (and tossed around multiple developers and publishers alike for six years), the game has been re-branded and re-released so many times I can’t keep track of it if I tried.

But as fate would have it, APB is back, this time on Xbox One. Billed as a “soft launch mode,” it’s currently out as a free-to-play game, with microtransactions ranging from $5 to $100. It will also be coming to PS4 at some point.

Until then, you can go back to your blissful non-APB aware existence.
