Nintendo has revealed that the latest Animal Crossing game will be called Animal Crossing: New Leaf when it hits North America in early 2013. That was about the only bit of news Nintendo had in its Nintendo Direct stream today, but given how slow it is, we’ll take it!
Originally called Jump Out, players step into the role of town mayor this time around, and will get to wear a hat while sitting in a big chair. There’s some other stuff, but the chair and the hat are the most crucial things.
I’m looking forward to this game. I don’t know why. I never know why I get excited about Animal Crossing.
