A wild Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3DS trailer appears

If you were hoping for a new iteration of the Mystery Dungeon franchise, look no further, as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3D (Also known as Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth) is a thing that exists. It looks like it offers camera and 3D functionality on top of classic series mechanics, compliments of the 3DS.

For instance, taking a picture of a coffee mug magically transports Pokemon through the object and into the game. Uh…cool? If taking pictures of random things around your house to create Pokemon is your thing, you’ll be in heaven with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3DS.

There’s no word on a western release yet. But it’s most likely a go, given how the rest of the franchise has panned out in the US.
