A remake of the Amiga’s Putty Squad is coming this year

Enhance remake coming to basically every system

I’m not sure how many of you out there remember the 1992 Amiga game Putty Squad, but an enhanced remake is on the way this year. Specifically, it’s coming to the PS3, Xbox 360, Vita, Wii U, (takes a breath) 3DS, and even Windows 8 this Summer. The new and improved Putty Squad boasts enhanced visuals, new gameplay, and free DLC.

I never had the chance to play Putty Squad, but this doesn’t look bad at all — I’ll definitely be paying attention when this thing comes out. I’m no stranger to the Amiga in general though, and would love to see more HD classic ports like this in the future.
