A Doraemon game is coming to the 3DS and Wii U

You know? That cute blue cat?

Doraemon is a Japanese manga series that had its humble beginnings in 1969, and has since become an anime, as well as one of the best selling manga series in the world. The titular robotic cat has since become an icon adorned on buses and other means of transportation, and now he’s getting a new game for the Wii U and 3DS.

By way of an announcement trailer from publisher Bandai Namco, it appears as if the game will see a release on both platforms, but no differences have been cited yet. The odds of this getting out of Japan are slim (there is hope though, since Viz Media just licensed the series to air in the US this year), so count on importing it.
