Dragon Quest XI S will launch in Japan in 2019

New teaser trailer shows off fantasy action from the legendary seires

Square Enix has announced at Jump Festa 2019 that Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age S, will be heading to Nintendo Switch next year. A new trailer, which you can check out below, shows off some of the RPG’s cinematics.

The Switch edition of Dragon Quest XI will feature the option to use the Japanese dub, a feature not found in the initial PS4 release as well as some new story choices. Alongside the trailer, Square Enix mentioned a “surprise” would be revealed on January 1, with a live stream planned for some time next month.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age S launches on Nintendo Switch in 2019 and is available now, in its original form, on PS4 and PC.
