Look, I know we were treated to a fan art mash up that can’t be topped literally the day the new Pokemon Sun and Moon starters were announced, but that doesn’t mean more good aren’t can’t exist, that we can’t have blissful cohabitation of good ass Pokemon drawings, verdad?

Well alright then. Because today we have something real good from a Japanese artist what took their love for Trigger’s delightful-really-it’s-not-that-weird-you’ll-get-used-to-it-I-promise anime Kill la Kill and combined it with a color-coordinated tribute to Sun and Moon‘s starters.

And if you’re here to suggest Rowlet x Mako is fudging it and that Mako makes more sense blue, then let’s all remind you that you’re wrong. We’re not talking Garfield-level acing it, but we’re getting there.
