CHVRCHES wrote a new song for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst

That means it’s a good day for Zack

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is just under a month away, and I’m starting to get excited. I haven’t played it yet (thought Steven has), but even if it ends up disappointing in any way, I’ll be happy if it has great music like the first game.

What’s that? A new song called “Warning Call” came out for Mirror’s Edge today? By one of my favorite bands, CHVRCHES? Yeah, I’ll be playing this one. I’m digging the song, calm and minimalist. I do miss the angry Lauren of “The Bones of What You Believe,” but this’ll do nicely. I like that she’s singing from Faith’s perspective, too: “Look down on the cold ground / No one try to break the fall…You can run for the skyline / Your eyes open wide.”

Please be good!
